2)効果的だったトレーニング
The most effective training for me was reading sentence in English. I also enjoyed the memory exercises. Doing speed reading in Japanese was difficult because I was unfamiliar with many of the Kanji used.

3)速読で起こった変化
I think I am able to remember move of what I read now than I saw able to before.
